We, the supporters of Japan, are hoping that the national team, under a new coach, will survive the group stage and advance to the final tournament. Amidst these high expectations, adidas has teamed up with three brands to create a new collection. The theme is "winning colors. Among them, we would like to introduce some items from "White Mountaineering.

What is the "winning color" used for Japan's national team uniforms?

Adidas is an official partner of the Federation Internationale de Football Association and a supplier to the Japanese national soccer team. With the World Cup just around the corner, adidas has released a collection based on the theme of "winning colors.

Originally, "Katsu-iro" was the traditional Japanese color of deep, dark indigo. The word is said to have originated from the word "katsu," which means "to win," referring to the process of dyeing cloth by beating it. Warlords who challenged battles used to wear clothes of this color under their armor to pray for victory.

In June, the Japanese national team will wear their "winning" uniforms at the World Cup. How will they fare against the many powerful nations?

The collaboration introduced here is characterized by the use of gray, the "winning color" as imagined by White Mountaineering. This color is one of the brand's key colors and is meant to support traditional sports. The "winning color" is used on four items: T-shirts, track tops, sneakers, and kids' T-shirts.
