Mr. Miyamoto is the owner and chef of 36.5°C Kitchen, a casual bistro in Yoyogi Uehara. What did you like about the "Maison Special" set-up that you chose for this event?
For some reason, I have always resisted items with collars, so a collarless jacket is right up my alley. And with its relaxed sizing, I can wear it like a cardigan, and the easy pants are great because I can wear them casually.
What kind of clothes do you like?
. "This may sound a bit clichéd, but I like designs that are universal to everyone, such as plain items that can be worn as basics. . Also, I basically only wear black, white, or gray. In that sense, the colors of this set-up are perfect.
What is the point of this dress?
I wear this plain T-shirt when I work at the store, so it's just an addition to my regular clothes. However, I think the key point is to give it a modern twist with sporty sneakers, which I have been into recently.

I prefer to express my own style by subtracting size and balance from the depth of the styling with accessories and layering. Since I am surrounded by many people in the fashion industry, I am always learning how to dress in that way (laughs).
What kind of occasions would you like to wear this set-up?
. "I wear casual clothes when I work, so there are times when I want to wear something more formal to work for a change, and these are just right for those days. . The stretchy fabric makes it easy to move around in, so I don't have to stress when I ride my bike. And it's also good when I stand in front of students as an instructor."
