We came to BerBerJin, a vintage clothing store located in Shibuya, the same area as "BOY".
Okutomi:. I mostly come to Parco for exhibitions and events. So, to tell the truth, today is the first time I've been to Berber. But of course I know some people on Tonchan Dori, and I used to go there a lot for a while.
When you go to vintage clothing stores, what kind of items do you pick up?
Okutomi:. what I don't or can't stock myself. For example, at Berber, I always look through the "Rock T" section. They have things that we want to stock but can't easily find, and they offer suggestions from a completely different perspective. That is interesting.
I heard that one of the items that "BerBerJin" is pushing this season is mohair items. Is there anything you are interested in?
Okutomi:This cardigan or something like it , looks good. Narishun looks pretty cool just by wearing this . . and flared pants. . I'd like to land on a more modern look rather than a stiff grunge style.

Kato-san, I get the impression that you have complete trust in Okutomi-san's selections. Is it the same when you usually shop at "BOY"?
Kato:Rather than shopping, I am more of a live wardrobe and photo shoot. I also leave the styling to them.

Okutomi:. I tried to use light colors as the base for the jacket and pants. If the innerwear were a rock T-shirt, it would be too plain, so I dared to choose a cotton pullover shirt. Although they are all different ages, I tried to make them cohesive by matching the colors and materials.

Okutomi:Slim clothes and pants that are a little shorter in length are still good for you. I want people to feel comfortable wearing them, so I want to choose clothes that are as close to my body as possible. I like clothes of all ages, but as the years go by, I'm starting to think that way.
