SAMPLE 4. Tatsuhiko Notsu , Sophia , Kurara
PROFILE
Tatsuhiko has been with Gap for 20 years. He is currently the Senior Director of VMD for Asia Pacific. He is also involved in window design and mannequin styling for the Gap.
Tatsuhiko-san, today's pants are for women, right?
Tatsuhiko:Yes, that's right. Gap" has always had a culture of diversity and genderlessness. That's why women customers buy men's clothes and vice versa, like me. Recently, this trend has become particularly strong. By the way, the parka I am wearing right now is a size smaller than usual, a medium, and in the fall, I would rather have a wide bottom and a tight top than have everything be too big and loose.
Do you particularly recommend parkas among the Gap's products?
Tatsuhiko:It is the life of "Gap" (laughs). As for the material, there are two types: carbonized, which is soft and pleasant to the touch, and dry finish, which has a more American feel to it. I also recommend that you can choose the material.
Do you have a favorite Gap color?
Tatsuhiko:White, gray, and navy. I myself buy most of my Gap clothes in those three colors.
And, Gap hoodies have a big logo on them, don't they?
Tatsuhiko:Yes, that's right. For example, I would not like to see other brands' logos on the front, but for some reason, "Gap" is allowed to do so. That makes me happy. I think the underlying reason for this is that it is an American brand, and customers think of it as American heritage.
What kind of clothes do you usually like to wear?
Tatsuhiko:I'm just an adolescent , and I follow trends.
Kuraura:Right now, I like short clothes, so I like things like Gap Fit (Gap's sports line). I also like sweatshirts. The one I'm wearing right now .
What do you think is the charm of "The Gap"?
Sofia:I like simple things, so I tend to pick up Gap items naturally. The denim I'm wearing today also has a beautiful shape. Incidentally, I often wear men's sizes, and the top I'm wearing here is a men's XL.
. Since this is a snapshot of parents and their children, I was wondering if you could tell us about your views on parenting.
Tatsuhiko:I don't think I have to study . . as long as she is healthy and smiling. . If I could say one thing, it would be if there was something that I could be passionate about.
Sofia:I am the same way, but she is an only child, and I don't want people to look at her that way in the future. This is partly because I grew up with many siblings. However, I am too conscious of it, and I am too much.
Kuraura:I was always told to greet people properly, so I think I can do that better than the other kids (laughs).
Kura, are you going to study abroad in the future?
Kuraura:. I am planning to go to design school in New York for college.
Tatsuhiko:Oh, really? That's new to me! (Laughs)
