friend Mayumi Yamase × Satoshi Hirata

Artist.Japanese spindle tree (Euonymus sieboldianus)and hair and makeup artistSatoshi Hirata. The relationship between the two is so close that they are family members. It has been more than 10 years since Mr. Hirata started cutting Mr. Yamase's hair. They are like friends and like siblings , a bit of a strange friend.
How did Hirata-san and Yamase-san meet?
Hirata:I originally cut Mayu's (Yamase-san) mother's hair, and then at some point, I cut Mayu's hair too. It's been about 25 years since I've been with her mother .
Yamase:It has been more than 10 years since I started getting my hair cut by Hirarin (Hirata-san). All of my family members get their hair cut. I have a sister in New York, and she gets her hair cut too (laughs).
Hirata:I haven't been able to go there since Corona, but until then I used to spend New Year's Eve and New Year's in New York every year. I also cut my sister's hair at that time. It was really a family affair (laughs).
How often do you see each other now?
Hirata:Since you've changed your hair to a bob, you come here quite often, don't you?
Yamase:It's been about a month? And we're going out to dinner together the day after tomorrow.
How did you decide on your appearance in the show?
Yamase:My husband was originally with " NANAMICA . So at first I thought about appearing with my husband, but his schedule didn't work out. At that time, I was getting my hair cut by Hirarin, and he asked me if I wanted to join him. I said, "Why don't you join us? Hirarin likes "Nanamika" and "The North Face Purple Label.
Hirata:Yes, I do. I have several shirts from "Nanamika," and I also have many shirts from "The North Face Purple Label. I use them quite a bit.
Do you usually wear "Nanamica"?
Yamase:I'll wear it. How long has NANAMICA been in business?
The brand was founded in 2005, so it's been almost 17 years.
Yamase:So I've probably been wearing it for 15 or 6 years . The first thing I bought was a sweater.
Mr. Yamase is wearing the "GORE-TEX Balmacaan Coat" and Mr. Hirata is wearing the "GORE-TEX Sten-Collar Coat", how are they comfortable?
Yamase:I guess "NANAMICA" is really cute when it comes to making basic items like this. (Looking at Mr. Hirata) Is this a little big?
Hirata:I think that's about right. It doesn't bother me at all. Also, the one Mayu is wearing has a cute lining.
How about you, Mr. Hirata?
Hirata:I like A-line coats and have several of them, but this NANAMICA coat has a really beautiful silhouette. I think it makes me look a little slimmer (laughs).
Yamase:Hirarin wears that kind of thing a lot. They look good on you.
Hirata:Also, "NANAMICA" is functional, urban, classy, and always gives a good impression. Also, because of my work, ease of movement and comfort are important to me, and I like NANAMICA's products in that respect as well.
I was a little envious of the trusting relationship between the two of you.
Yamase:It's been a long time now. I leave everything to you (laughs).
Hirata:But basically, I don't talk. I don't talk.
Yamase:But there are a lot of people who want Hirarin to listen to them, right?
Hirata:A lot. Love stories.
