02. Keritory (3F pop-up space)
A mix of new and vintage clothing . Genre-less edited space.
Keritory" is directed by fashion director Naoki Kuze. The lineup changes every few weeks, and the first pop-up space will feature the vintage clothing-inspired brand "ZAC" as the first installment.
If you have never heard of this brand, that's because it was created as a result of this pop-up. The three people working on the brand are Tadahiro Ito of Ito Shoten, Yuta Hara of Wed Store, and Hiryu Umino of TheSunGoesDown, all of whom make their living from used clothing. When Mr. Kuze asked them, "Why don't the three of you start your own brand? and the project was launched.
In addition to the "Zac" items, the pop-up will also feature items prepared by each of the three retailers for this pop-up event. The lineup includes a limited-edition long T-shirt printed with the Wed Store logo, a cap from "geek," an original brand created by Mr. Ito of Ito Shoten, and a special-order backpack from the Osaka-born bag brand "Packing. In addition, Euro-vintage workwear and denim purchased by "The Sango's Down" are also available, creating a genre-less pop-up space with a mix of new and vintage clothing.
In the future, the company plans to collaborate with musicians and artists who are close friends of Kuze, as well as with outdoor-related projects, so we will keep an eye on future developments.
PICK UP ITEM
(ZAC) Jacket and pants, ¥14,300 each
Zac's first item is a set-up that was designed to look like something you might find in vintage clothing, but not necessarily. The idea came from vintage pajamas, and while incorporating elements such as a relaxed silhouette and piping, we added functionality by using a highly water-repellent ripstop nylon. They are available in mustard, green, and navy, and the affordable price is also attractive," says Naoki Kuze, Director of Keritory.
