Item01_ T-Shirt
Hatanaka:Now, let me introduce ALPHANUMERIC for the first installment of my turn. Personally, I have a strong image of NIKE's Dunk SB, but I hadn't really checked out their apparel, so I did some research and found out that they are actually an intelligent skate brand.
What do you mean?
Hatanaka:The brand name "Alpha" means letters and "Numeric" means language, and is derived from the idea that "people use letters and language to communicate and use them to create opportunities. This one also has a small "to all" and "=" on the chest, which probably means "all are equal. On the back, there are mathematical symbols and "math is power" printed on the hem.
Nakano:This was a time when skate culture, which had previously had an underground feel, was moving in a pop direction, and a mass atmosphere was emerging.
Hatanaka:Oh yeah, and the ADs (advertisements) here are cool too. It's very stylish, with skaters taking classes in a school classroom and a graduation-album-style group photo. Personally, I think it deserves more recognition.

Nakano:It's usually stylish and very American. Maybe in the 2000s.

Hatanaka:That's right. If you look around a little, you can find plenty of logo items, but there are surprisingly few things that really catch your eye, such as the size, the atmosphere of the print, and the placement of the print.
Nakano:I see. Thinking about it, this "Nike" also has a Hungarian body and a swoosh on the hem, which is "a little" unusual. Timberland's also has a marbled body with a logo of this size, which is not so common.
