After enjoying SUP to the fullest, the next stop is the sauna! Head to "Hotel Sunbird" in the northern part of Minakami Town. There is a sauna garden where you can enjoy a Finnish-style outdoor sauna.
The sauna is a mobile trailer sauna. It is located in the middle of the slope right in front of the Hotel Sunbird.
Inside the trailer sauna is an authentic wood-fired sauna stove! You will sweat while listening to the crackling sound of the wood.
Mr. Mihara takes the lead in enjoying the "wax" (steam generated by pouring water on sauna stones). Steam spreads inside the room with a pleasant sound, and the temperature heats up even more!
The most distinctive feature of this sauna garden is that visitors can enjoy a cold water bath with a natural waterfall and stream water!
While getting heated up in the sauna, you can dive directly into the stream and cool down in the natural water bath while being hit by the waterfall. Saunas are a must for saunas.
The footwear is the Amphibi Bold 2, which was also worn on the SUP. It is safe and slip resistant on the rocks of the stream.
After taking a natural water bath, go to the outdoor air bath space. You can relax your body and mind while being embraced by the great outdoors.
Surrender to the reclining chair, close your eyes, and you will soon be in deep relaxation. The triple combo of a hot sauna with a wood-burning stove, a natural water bath, and an outdoor air bath in the great outdoors is sure to TOTONOU (previtalize). To be more relaxed in the open air, we changed our footwear. They changed to "REELAX" series recovery shoes that reduce foot fatigue.
