Playback! The Weekender - Local Culture Festival Vol.2

HOUYHNHNM's and PARCO held an autumn cultural festival "THE WEEKENDER - LOCAL CULTURE FESTIVAL" at 8 locations across Japan. We will be releasing three photo reports in order to convey the excitement of the event to those who were able to attend and those who were unable to make it. In this second installment, we will play back photos from the Shibuya, Kichijoji, and Sendai events held in October!

Shibuya Parco, a gathering place for those who play on the streets.

At Shibuya Parco, halfway through the event tour, a sophisticated and city-like group of people were gathered by the Stacks Bookstore. Their charisma is nothing short of extraordinary! From the moment the event started in the morning, there was a long line of people waiting in line. From the silk-screening experience to the customer service provided by the gorgeous members, the lineup was more than enough to welcome the city boys who inhabit Shibuya and the surrounding area. At night, a DJ joined the party and the excitement reached a climax!

What's like SHIBUYA PARCO?

Culture began here.

Shibuya PARCO, which has been on the cutting edge of culture since its inception, is reopening in 2019 with renewed vigor. With the opening of a next-generation digital x culture floor, an urban outdoor floor, and an experimental zone featuring interiors and art with a sustainable axis this November, visitors can fully immerse themselves in the culture that is right before their eyes.
