Tanaka:When I thought of GORE-TEX fabric as waterproof and breathable, I wanted to shoot in a place where these three elements are fused together: the waterfront, the sky, and the urban environment created by "NANAMICA". I wanted to shoot in a place where these three elements were fused together.
- Just by looking at the photo, I can feel the "NANAMICA" style. How did you coordinate this look?
Tanaka:. Our first priority was to make sure that the overall look blended in, rather than just asserting the footwear. . Normally there is some blurring of colors due to the materials. The outerwear, top, and pants are made of three different materials, but the navy tone is the same. I think that's what's so great about "NANAMICA.
- I like that the outsole is reflective.
Tanaka:. I was thinking how I could show the outsole together in one photo. Then, TOKI-san (photographer) suggested this way of shooting.
Nomura:It's like running on water.
Tanaka:In this one piece, I was able to convey the vibrancy of running around the sea and the city, from the grip of the sole to the heel patch of the same color, The sole's grip and the heel patch of the same color, all of which we wanted to convey, were concentrated in this one piece.

Tanaka:The keywords for NANA MICAH items are basically "UTILITY" and "SPORTS," so they are easy to move around and practical even in the city. and practical and easy to move around in the city. These sneakers are no exception.
Nomura:. it's a nice picture that shows how easy it is to run and how lightweight it is.

Tanaka:That outfit tends to be wild, but the feet pulled it together. . When I go out in the neighborhood, I like to dress comfortably, like in a sweatshirt set-up. . I feel that wearing these will make me look good without making me look sloppy.
Nomura:Sweat pants are also a good match.
Tanaka:. The ribbed hem makes a subtle statement on the foot. When "All Star" is hidden by the hem, it is hard to tell whether it is high-cut or low-cut, but with the ribbed hem, it is easy to tell it is high-cut. . Since I'm going to go to the trouble, I want to show off the ankle patches, too.
Nomura:, I like the way the string hangs in this picture.
Nishizu:You're not fixing your feet, are you?
Tanaka:I didn't. I had them fly over me many times (laughs).
- How was it creating the visuals?
Tanaka:These sneakers are practical and versatile, and can be worn for business or casual occasions, and even in any weather. It would be really convenient to have a pair of these sneakers. . I felt it again. Also, because of its ultimately solid design, it's easy to match, versatile, and has the power to pull together an entire outfit.

Nomura:This year marks the 20th anniversary of NANA MICAH. I've had the opportunity to work with them on a variety of projects, and I'm quite pleased with this collaboration.
"REACT", "RECYCLE", and "REFINE", The next generation of the All Star model. The look and feel of the All Star has not changed significantly, but the details have been improved and the comfort has been enhanced. This collaboration uses the same waterproof, breathable GORE-TEX material that NANAMICA also uses. The result is a hybrid that combines retro looks with high functionality. The upper is NANAMICA's signature dark navy, with a gray sole that goes well with the dark navy. At first glance, the design may seem ordinary, but after repeated trial and error, the result is an original and superbly ordinary shoe.
