Ms. Ogawa wears contact lenses and sunglasses when she goes out and glasses when she is at home. She has been wearing spectacles since she was in junior high school and has been wearing them for more than 10 years. Currently, she wears a pair of silver-framed glasses with blue light protection. He says they are like "spectacle monkeys" and he can hardly wear them outside the house.

So, instead of wearing sunglasses because of the glare, UV-cut eyewear should be worn for the sake of future skin, she says.
Mr. Ogawa, whose occupation is to be seen by others, is convinced by what he hears. From now on, I will definitely wear sunglasses when I go out.
