SCENE 01 Curry House 咖喱座
To take a peek into Onodera's daily life, we first visited "Curry House Curryza" located along Komazawa Koen Dori, which runs in front of Komazawa Park. Originally a shared kitchen in Sangenjaya, the restaurant opened in its current location in June 2022 due to its popularity. The signature dish is Pakistani curry. Mr. Onodera is a former colleague from his former apparel company (over 20 years ago!). Mr. Ryo Yamazaki, a former colleague from Mr. Onodera's former apparel company (over 20 years ago!) and a kindred spirit, is the owner of the restaurant.
The signature dish is Pakistani curry. Mr. Onodera's favorite dish is the Pakikho, a set of Pakistan Curry with anhydrous chicken curry and spinach curry, also known as Pakikho. Although the photo shoot took place in the morning, Onodera was able to eat a large portion of the dish in one sitting!
