Rapper in-d is known as a member of "THE OTOGIBANASHI'S" and "CreativeDrugStore". As many of you may know, he is actually a big soccer fan, and his passion for the sport is so great that he even travels all the way to England to watch matches.
I played soccer seriously until I was in junior high school. I still play futsal once in a while, but I mainly watch the games. My favorite team is Manchester City.
While many T-shirts with soccer motifs have pictures of players or team emblems printed on them, this T-shirt has a clean design with a one-point logo on the left chest. This T-shirt has a souvenir T-shirt-like atmosphere, and the fact that it does not look like a soccer T-shirt at first glance seems to have struck a chord with Mr. in-d.
. Of course, Mr. in-d's choice is a T-shirt with a soccer motif. On the left chest is the logo of the 1994 U.S. World Cup and its official sponsor, "MasterCard," making this a very popular T-shirt.
I found this T-shirt at a local thrift store when I went to ComplexCon in LA last fall with BIM and VaVa. Most T-shirts with a soccer theme have a lot of graphics on them, but as a lover of simplicity, I was drawn to this casual logo. Moreover, it says "MasterCard" on it. The color of the body is not the usual black, and the faded look, perhaps because it is vintage clothing, is also good, so I bought it right away.
When we asked in-d about his passion for T-shirts, he told us, "I don't know much about it," before adding, "I don't know much about it at all.
I often wear clothes made by people I know, but when I choose my own clothes, I go for the ones with the most striking graphics. I don't know which ones are rare, so I just like the design and buy intuitively. Also, I pay a lot of attention to the sizing. I am very particular about things like, "The sleeves are a little short," or "The sleeves should be a little thicker here. If I see something in the mirror that fits perfectly, I try to buy it as much as possible. This T-shirt I am wearing today is perfectly sized to be worn alone.
