The film is titled "At the terrace'.
The film is a complete adaptation of the play "Trois Gros," which won the Kishida Kunio Drama Award, the "Akutagawa Prize" of the theater world, when it was performed at The Suzunari, a small theater in Shimokitazawa, in 2014.

. It was supposed to be a regular party with a buzz of laughter. On the terrace of a palatial mansion in the suburbs of Tokyo, a party for the wealthy is about to come to an end. But there was a reason why they could not leave. Haruko ( Hiraiwa Paper ), a woman with a translucent complexion, has men flocking around her white arms like moths, but they do not leave. The owner of the mansion, Kenji Iwatani(), his handsome son Jun Hashimoto(), an elite but probably virile office worker( Hiroaki Shioka), a middle-aged man who has just had his stomach removed( Takashi Okabe), a graphic designer(, and a young man who has been living in the house for years(. And then there is the beautiful managing director's wife who stares coldly at the men and burns with jealousy at Haruko( Big Tits)( Ishibashi Kei). Each of them has their own fantasies in their hearts. The party attendees, each with his or her own fantasy in mind, repeatedly engage in casual conversation that leads to an unbelievable conclusion. Only a flying squirrel in a garden could see the 90 minutes of ecological observation of the people who symbolize today's Japan. This is the quintessence of Yamauchi's world, where you can experience rare laughter and shock that you will not find anywhere else.
The conversations that unfold at the banquet of the wealthy people gathered on the terrace of the mansion are an overwhelming "one-situation conversation play" in which the emotions and delusions of each of the seven characters are intertwined, sometimes deviating, sometimes exploding, and which unfolds only on the terrace of the mansion. The audience can enjoy 90 minutes of human ecology, where true feelings, lies, and vanity are mixed together.
Directed by Kenji Yamauchi. He was selected by Yusuke Kadoma, former deputy editor of CUT, as one of the "10 Japanese film directors of the next generation that the world should pay attention to," along with Kazuya Shiraishi, Katsuya Tomita, Yuki Yamato, and others. According to his profile, he has also worked as a commercial director on Softbank Mobile's "Shiratoya.
