While giving the impression of CG graphics, one can certainly imagine the feel of frosted glass. The glass created by Vajra Takahashi has both newness and nostalgia.

The following is a comment from Vague Takahashi.

Glass is a material that is closely connected to people's daily lives and has a variety of attractions. I use glass as a material for my works on a daily basis, and I am always reminded of the importance of this material in my work.
Sometimes, they show expressions and phenomena that I did not know before. I create my works while valuing what I discover at that time.

Also, before working with glass, I make drawings on paper and think of various shapes. When I repeatedly draw, I come up with shapes that I could not have imagined before.
Sometimes, a form that you could not have imagined comes from an image that you have collected on a daily basis. Even though I could not imagine such a form, it is a source of images that I collect everyday, such as a picture I saw one day, a natural object, or something made by someone else.
I am sure that this work, created from an image that I had in my mind, is a landscape that lurks somewhere in people's memories. I believe that this work, which was created from an image I had in my mind, is a landscape that is surely lurking somewhere in people's memories.
