The shaved ice cocktail "CYCLE SHAVED ICE COCKTAIL" is a fusion of shaved ice and cocktails with the menu supervised by Asako Harada, owner of "Ice House mamatoko". The original syrup is made by blending Valencia orange pulp, Darjeeling tea, and bourbon in a shaking machine. The shaved ice and custard layer is topped with a layer of vanilla cream that spills over the pulp. Accented with caramel sauce and pecan nuts, the shaved ice, syrup, and cream melt together to create a flavor variation similar to a milk tea frappe.
It is true that this original shaking machine and the classic shaved ice machine have "rotation" in common. What kind of flavor is produced by what kind of process? The process of making the shaved ice is also interesting, making it a summery product.
