Uminoue Festival 2018, a gathering of Okinawa's local street culture, will be held for two days only, from December 8 to 9, at Uminoue Uzumira Park, a spot with a spectacular sunset view, located about 10 minutes by car from Naha Airport and Naha International Street. The cape juts out on both sides, and five stages will be set up at Izumira Park on the left (LEFT WING), Cozy Beach Club on the right (RIGHT WING), and under the undersea road overpass in the center (CENTER BACK), The stage was set up under the overpass on the underwater road (CENTER BACK), and bands, rappers, and DJs active in various fields such as hip-hop, reggae, pop, rock, folk music, etc. appeared on the stage. The lineup included the likes of Chinza DOPENESS, cro-magnon, MOOMIN, Tagaryu, DJ NOBU, and many more.
In addition, a FOOD and FLEA MARKET, a BMX contest "Chample Game", a DANCE BATTLE "Last Summer Jam" and an MC BATTLE AREA will be set up under the underwater road overpass located in the center (CENTER BACK) of the venue. Each area is a free admission zone for two days. Of course, minors are also allowed to enter, so you can enjoy eating, playing, participating in the battles, or setting up a stall in the flea market, making it a fun area for the whole family, from children to adults.
