This is a government-issued U.S. Navy item from the 1980s, officially named "COAT, ALL WEATHER, MAN'S, BLACK W/REMOVABLE LINER". The stylish design of the black body is so stylish that it could be mistaken for a military uniform (see ⁉︎). However, it is also equipped with a detachable boa liner for lining to protect against the cold, just like a navy jacket. It is an excellent item that can be used from this season to the beginning of spring.

The extremely simple face is tailored with a winged tailoring. The split raglan sleeves with set-in shoulders at the front and raglan at the back make it easy to move around despite its smart appearance. The main body is made of a cotton/polyester blend, which has a firmness to it, but as the garment is worn, it will lose its firmness and develop a deep, rich look.
As you can see, the lining covers the lower part of the hips. Moreover, the lining is not only on the body but also on the sleeves, so it provides excellent protection against the cold. The lining can be easily removed with a zipper, so it can be worn as a single layer spring coat in early spring. It's not only great for wearing, but also for a long period of time!
