The starting point for these pants was the street culture boom of the 1990s, when West Coast skaters loved the durable and affordable "874". Inspired by the youth culture of the time, who cut their own pants to the length and design of their choice.
To produce these remake pants, Mr. Kaneko of "Reshop" and Mr. Murakami, the designer of "Blurhms," had repeated sessions and started by buying vintage clothes made in the MADE IN USA.
Vintage clothes of various colors and sizes were all dyed completely black , and all lined with piping. Each product is given a serial number, and each piece is a remade item with a different size and texture.
This is a remake item that was made possible by both of them understanding the skate culture of the past , without being overbearing. The release date is Friday, June 14.
