The Kumamoto store celebrated its first anniversary on November 28th, and to commemorate the occasion, the store and its close friendCarhartt Work in Progress (Carhartt WIP)and planned an event with the brand. Focusing on the brand's popular "vest" item, "THE BEST OF THE VEST" will be held from December 10 (Sat.) to 25 (Sun.).
Everyone has seen Carhartt's duck vests at least once as an icon of heavy duty or a key item in street fashion. The lineup includes such masterpiece items as well as archived vests from the past.
In addition to the vest lineup, "Carhartt Work in Progress" will also sell its first archive book, "The Carhartt WIP Archives BOOK. This is a voluminous and highly informative book that covers more than 120 years of Carhartt history, including past collections, collaborations, past advertising visuals, and more. It is published by Rizzoli, a well-known publisher of art books and photo books. Here we introduce some of the contents of the book.
