Located in the basement is B, the world's first flagship of the Brooklyn Brewery, a New York craft brewery.

B1F Brooklyn Brewery "B" ( Beer Hall ) Hours: 16:00~23:00
A dynamic space where you can enjoy a wide variety of "Brooklyn Brewery" craft beers in one hand and food centering on tacos and nachos in the other. The venue will also host a variety of live music events, and will change its appearance each time you visit.

Here, they serve cocktails based on Asian teas and Chinese herbs. The menu is designed to be soothing to those who stay here. The interior is a space surrounded by bookshelves, where you can enjoy a variety of drinks while reading a book, and it also operates as a tea salon during the day.

SWITCH COFFEE is a popular coffee shop with locations in Meguro and Yoyogi-Hachiman . In addition to espresso and cafe lattes, the lineup includes carefully crafted single origin drip coffee. No matter what time of day you stop by, from morning to evening, you can easily enjoy a cup of high quality coffee.

Next up is HOTEL K5, a hotel supervised in its architectural and spatial design by CLAESSON KOIVISTO RUNE( (hereinafter CKR)), an architectural partnership based in Stockholm, Sweden. The exterior of the 97-year-old historical building was left as is as much as possible to respect the history and time that already existed there . Only the interior has been renovated.

HOTEL K5, which occupies the 2nd~4th floors, is a high-end boutique hotel that offers peace of mind and inspiration at the same time, despite its small size (20 rooms in total).
