Quon opens its first directly managed store. This is the crystallization of "beauty" found during a five-year journey.

The warmth of the trees, the smell of the igusa. Although I did not set foot in the shop, what I felt through the monitor was a somewhat realistic sensation. There is something about KUON's first one-of-a-kind store that speaks to all five senses.

Launched in the spring/summer season of 2016, this is the brand's tenth season, and the new store, which opens on the occasion of its five-year anniversary, perfectly embodies the philosophy that the brand has cherished to date.

The concept is "What is new may become old, but what is beautiful will always be beautiful.

The space, a renovated 50-year-old row house, will feature a full line of new autumn/winter items, as well as an atelier service where customers can choose from a variety of fabrics, including BORO and original stitch weaves used by "Quon" in the past, and order made or custom-made items.

Quon" takes traditional Japanese materials and techniques such as BORO, Sashiko, indigo dyeing, and mud dyeing and sublimates them into modern design.
