Snow Peak and Danner, who have been collaborating continuously since 2018, have co-created just such shoes.

The base model is the TRAIL 2650 GTX, Danner's high-performance trail shoe.
In this special order, which emphasizes practicality for camping and town use, the position of the laces has been shifted to the outside to reduce the load on the instep. In addition, the shoes have been updated with more consideration for the wearer, including the adoption of quick laces for easy on/off and fit adjustment.
The mesh upper and GORE-TEX liner provide both breathability and water resistance. It is also equipped with a Vibram sole that supports stable walking even on rough terrain, making it perfect for inclement weather and outdoor water scenes.
A mudguard is placed at the toe to improve durability. The heel counter, which is normally placed inside the heel, has been made external to reduce the possibility of shoe sores, and the heel counter is also lighter.
It is available in two colors: easy-to-use black and purple, which was mainly used in Snow Peak's camping gear in the 1990s.
The pair, which is the product of the two companies' meticulous attention to detail, will go on sale from June 5 (Sat) at Snow Peak's directly-managed stores, official online store, and other stores nationwide.
