Wave and Crewel Records, led by Kenji Takimi, announce a collaboration. It is a limited edition record with wear and fan-pleasing contents.

I think there are many people who have fewer opportunities to go out at night and have less money to spend on alcohol. It is good to relax at home, but it is also a good time to immerse yourself in your hobbies, like "record, record, record, record..." because there are so many things you can't get done.

The collaboration with "Technics" is still fresh in our minds.WAVEThe collaboration between "CRUE-L RECORDS" led by DJ Kenji Takimi and "CRUE-L RECORDS" will truly color such a time.

Kenji Takimi is known as the "Master of The Romantic" in the DJ world. He has released works as a DJ and music production artist, as well as a remixer, and has worked with Cut Copy, Nina Kraviz, Phil Manzanera(Roxy Music), and others overseas, and with Cornelius, Hiroshi Fujiwara, and others in Japan. In Japan, he has worked with Cornelius, Hiroshi Fujiwara, and many others.

For this collaboration, three records and seven items will be produced by Crewel Records and Wave, directed by Kenji Takimi, and will be released in two installments, on Friday, June 11 and Friday, June 18.

The first release will be a 12-inch compilation of six songs, as well as clothing, bags and caps.

The newly remastered compilation includes remixes by Gonno, DJ Harvey, and St. Etienne, a song featuring Takeshi Osumi, who passed away suddenly in January of this year, and other previously unreleased and first-recorded songs, making it a gem not to be missed.

The second release will include a donut vinyl (7") with unreleased songs and disco classics remixed by Kenji Takimi, and a double A-side 12" with songs by Magic Touch & Laura Ingalls and 9dw remixed by Kenji Takimi and Tomoki Kanda's Being Borings, A record bag for the 7" and a T-shirt.

The record bag is a collaboration with the women's shoe brand "SAKIAS," and is made of cowhide leather with art direction by YOSHIROTTEN, giving it a special feel.

To commemorate this collaboration, a video created by YOSHIROTTEN will be released, and a DJ mix by Kenji Takimi, "CRUE- LWAVE MIX," will be released on the "Wave" website on Friday, June 11, to coincide with the release. It is said to be a modern Balearic mix that also uses songs from the record to be released, so check it out as well.
