The City Pack was first introduced in 2010 as a collaborative model with Fragment Design, and was based on three pairs inspired by New York, London, and Beijing. At the time, the lineup included three pairs inspired by New York, London, and Beijing, all important cities in sneaker culture, but this updated version is a completely new navy/black colorway exclusive to Japan.
In the original, asymmetrical coloring was a feature, but this time it has been changed to the left and right targets. In addition, detailed arrangements have been made, such as placing the style number at the time of development on the midsole.
The heel is embossed with the "Fragment Design" Thunder logo.
Dunks are available in a wide variety of colors, but this one is not too assertive, and will easily fit in with a coordinated look. In this sense, too, the color scheme is uniquely Japanese.
Sales will begin on September 5 (Sun.) at SNKRS, Nike Harajuku, NIKELAB MA5, DSM GINZA, and some other retailers.
