Clothing can range from cutting-edge fashion to vintage clothing to what we might call clothing. But isn't it a little lonely to just wear it?
Fashion is a device that changes everyday life.ANREALAGEI think so when I am confronted with the clothes of the "ANREALAGE: A&Z" brand. This year, 18 years after its establishment, the prestigious New York-based publishing house Rizzoli will release "ANREALAGE: A&Z," a book that summarizes the trajectory of the brand.
The hardcover edition will be released in two editions with different covers. The cover of the "ANREALAGE Special Edition" features Yurina Hirate as the model, while the cover of the "Rizzoli Edition" features photographs by Yoshiyuki Okuyama, who has photographed the brand since its early days.
The book is a 240-page volume consisting of 8 chapters including "LIGHT/SHADOW" and "GOD IS IN THE DETAILS," centered on the 2021SS collection "HOME," which was held online for the first time in Paris Fashion Week history due to the pandemic. The book is a large 240-page volume.
Photographs by Mr. Okuyama, as well as Shinya Fujiwara, Leslie Key, and others, were used. In addition to designer Morinaga, Yuko Hasegawa, director of the 21st Century Museum of Contemporary Art, Kanazawa, and Alexandre Samson, curator of the Musée du Clothing, Palais Galliera, Paris, contributed to this project.
The "ANREALAGE Special Edition" will be available at "ANREALAGE SHIBUYA PARCO" and "ANREALAGE OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP" on Saturday, September 11. The "ANREALAGE Special Edition" will be available at "ANREALAGE Shibuya Parco" and "ANREALAGE OFFICIAL ONLINE SHOP" from September 11 (Sat.).
