Have you heard about the sustainable collection that EMPORIO ARMANI is focusing on? This is a series that incorporates recycled and organic materials more aggressively than the regular line. The slogan for the first season was "I'm saying yes to recyeling," and the theme for the second season was "the sea.
The focus here is on the latest third season. The theme is "forest."
This time, deep autumn colors such as browns and greens were the main focus, and various items were decorated with original camouflage patterns that resemble abstract paintings. Among them, outerwear made of "SORONA®︎," a plant-derived polyester material that is considered environmentally friendly, is a masterpiece. It is wrinkle-resistant and stretchable, and is sure to be a mainstay of this winter's collection. Another highlight is a black-faced watch with a strap made of R-PET (recycled plastic bottle) material and equipped with a solar movement.
Other cutting-edge materials include nylon crepe made by Renycle®︎, windproof recycled wool, and corduroy made from organic cotton. The company is particular about choosing compostable materials for its product packaging.
The total number of men's items produced was 31. As you can see from the look of the collection, a lot of effort has been put into it.
