The Year of the Tiger means Tiger Snake Coffee! A pop-up store will be opened at Shibuya Parco early in the New Year, featuring a lineup of gorgeous members.

The Chinese zodiac sign for next year is Mizu-no-Etora. Early in the New Year, a pop-up store appropriate for the Year of the Tiger will open at "Shibuya Parco".

The company behind it is Torahebi Coffee, which HOUYHNHNM's has been following. For those who do not know, this brand was started last year by Atsuto Imai, a scientist and roaster. Using his own organic science to produce coffee beans that are 99.9% free of mold toxins, the brand is gradually gaining recognition and attracting attention for its approach that differs from that of third-wave and later brands.

At this pop-up store, they will be offering their original deep-roast and shallow-roast blends, as well as the brand's quintessential original aged blend and the limited-edition "PARCO Blend. In addition, for the first time, baked goods will also be available for purchase, which makes us want to try them.

Of course, this is not the only special collaboration item. The centerpiece is a demitasse cup by Tamaki Ito, a popular ceramic artist from Okayama, Japan. Other items include a sweatshirt by Sasquatchfabrix, a coffee-dyed outdoor chair by Snow Peak, and a drawstring bag by Risa Yamai of Yamai.

The period is from January 2 (Sun.) to 10 (Mon., national holiday). The pop-up space is located on the first floor of Shibuya Parco, right next to the main entrance. Coffee lovers can choose "Torahebi Coffee" for their first purchase in the New Year.
