This new release in the Beans Chocolat series, a signature product of "Theo Murata" inspired by bean confectionery, features Japanese semi-dried strawberries coated with ruby chocolate, known as the fourth type of chocolate.

The smooth texture of the ruby chocolate is not only delicious when chewed to fully enjoy the sweetness of the chocolate with strawberries, but it is also delicious when melted in the mouth to enjoy the mouth feel, strawberries and flavor. The packaging was designed by graphic designer Kanta Desroches and depicts a Valentine's Day-like love scene inspired by "Takekurabe" by Ichiyo Higuchi.
