Technics proudly celebrates the 50th anniversary of its classic turntable. The SL-1200M7L is now available in a limited number of units in special colors.

The SL-1200 series of masterpiece turntables from Technics has been a part of the vinyl record culture, biting both the sweet and sour sides of the vinyl record culture.

The first generation was released in 1972, and the high sound quality and reliability of the direct drive system, coupled with its trouble-free durability, has now led to the seventh generation. This year marks the 50th anniversary of the SL-1200 series, and a limited edition of 12,000 units will be available in seven color versions named SL-1200M7L.

This work is based on the SL-1200MK7, which was introduced in 2019, with a gold tone arm and a plate on the top panel engraved with the "50th Anniversary" inscription and serial number. The slipmat with logo as an accessory is also gold, and the exterior box is also specially designed, so it's not too elaborate or special.

And the most fun part is choosing the color. The matte-finished shades are all attractive, and you will definitely have quite a hard time choosing a masculine green, a calm navy, or a beige to coordinate with your room. They are all really attractive.
