What seems like a dream from the other side is slowly becoming a reality. The brand, which began as an online-only retailer, will open a limited-time store at Shibuya Parco in the heart of Tokyo tomorrow, May 13 (Fri.).

The name of the store is "bench lab. The name is very typical of the company, which creates products by adding and subtracting various design essences within the theme of "sandals.

The main content is "bench2.0," a custom order system with over 150,000 possible combinations. Developed as the only space where custom orders can be placed in a physical store, the system has tablets that allow customers to produce many custom samples and perform simulations.

In conjunction with the opening of "bench lab.", they also plan to offer a wide range of products, including the full Spring/Summer 2010 collection and valuable archives that can only be purchased here.
