There is something irreplaceable about summer-only food. For example, shaved ice, chilled chuka (chilled Chinese noodles), and so on.

Opened last year.Fruits and Season, a vegan fruit sandwich store, is different.

Fruit ice cream sandwiches will be available from Tuesday, July 5 through Sunday, September 4.

Two varieties will be available: pineapple (¥777) and ripe Miyazaki mango (¥1,566).

The original soy milk bread is filled with ice cream from POSH, a Kiyosumi Shirakawa low-sweets cafe that uses vanilla beans and coconut as its base and fresh plant-based ingredients that do not contain animal products such as milk or eggs. The rich taste is combined with fruits carefully selected by Daiwa Nakameguro.

Note that the expiration date is set at one hour. The best time to eat them is about 30 minutes to an hour after purchase, when they are slightly softened and half defrosted. Of course, refreezing is not recommended, and they are only sold at the Ebisu store.

There are quite a few conditions, but that's how much they care about the taste. It is going to get even hotter from now on, and you should definitely try it for a moment. It would also make a perfect souvenir.
