A collaboration between ASICS Sportstyle and new label CM1Y0K42 that combines function and style.

In October 2020, ASICS SportStyle and NULABEL CM1YOK42 (hereinafter "New Label") teamed up to launch the sporty yet chic GEL-QUANTUM 360 6.

As a follow-up, we will release the "GEL-PTG VC" in a special edition with an eye-catching combination of suede and leather.

GEL-PTG VC ¥22,000 each

The base "GEL-PTG VC" is a court-type lifestyle model inspired by the "FABRE POINTGETTER S" basketball shoe that debuted in 1983.

In this work, suede is used for the front part of the upper, leather around the heel, and mesh for the laces. By using hook and loop fasteners instead of laces, the workwear style typical of "New Label" is expressed, while the use of different materials is finished in a three-dimensional design that stands out. The colors are urban "Gunmetal × Black" and "Spice Latte × Dry Rose" dyed with Amami-Oshima's wheel plum.

In addition, apparel that can be worn as a set-up is also available. This blouson, with its impressive chest pocket integrated with a flap, is an elaborate piece that was designed and patterned from scratch. It is made of the same fabric as sportswear and has a water-repellent finish on the surface, making it minimalistic yet functional.

The pants, on the other hand, are based on the trousers that "New Label" offers. Like the blouson, the surface is water-repellent, and the back pockets have an integrated flap for a unified design. The collaboration, which combines the work style typical of "New Label" with the comfort unique to "ASICS Sportstyle," will be released on July 16 (Sat.).
