Aoyama" was born from the encounter between the musical roots of "MASTERPIECE SOUND" in Jamaica and "Obi-Sugi" in Miyazaki, which Mr. Magara calls his second home.

The coffee beans used are the rare "Blue Mountain No1" beans, which are only allowed to be named after the highest quality beans. This is then soaked in Japan's first decompression distilled 100% Obi-Sugi potato shochu, which uses Miyazaki's famous Enohara spring water, to create a high quality taste that is distinctly different from existing coffee shochu.
