HOUYHNHNM's has been secretly paying attention to this antique store.Goods" will be popping up again. Tokyo is the "Utrecht", and Fukuoka is theDice& Dice", in two cities.
To begin with, "Goods" is a store that collects and sells online "other" small items that are not included in encyclopedias or world history. However, to lump it in with just an antique store is a misnomer. The store has created many interesting mechanisms for customers, such as naming products after poets and film directors, and holding pop-up events where customers can buy all the items in the store.
In addition to items recently collected in Europe, this year's stall will feature wrapping paper by Dutch-based artist Masaki Kamoto, knitted (covered) chairs by artist Taeko Abe, and "POSTCARD," the first collection of works to be published by "Goods.
The full picture of the "Goods" store is still unclear, but this pop-up may give us a glimpse of what to expect. We hope you will try to pick up some of these items, which are not necessities for daily life, but will be there for you on a moment's notice.
