The high peaks as captured by Naoki Ishikawa. To commemorate the large-scale exhibition, The North Face will release limited items.

Naoki Ishikawa has been taking photographs of various places around the world, using the entire globe as his field. From April to October last year, he successfully climbed K2, the world's second highest peak, as well as Broad Peak, Manaslu, Kanchenjunga, Dhaulagiri, and other 8000m peaks.

To commemorate his large-scale exhibitions in Tokyo and Miyako Island, THE NORTH FACE will release two limited items titled "Naoki Ishikawa Limited Collection.

The front of the backpack is adorned with a photo taken by Mr. Ishikawa of K2, which he took close up in 2015 and 2019, and although he was forced to withdraw from K2 due to avalanches and weather conditions, in the summer of 2022 he finally succeeded in documenting the high peaks of "The mountain of mountains". In the summer of 2022, the team finally succeeded in capturing the image of the high peak, which is also known as "The mountain of mountains. It is also cool that the actual date and place where the photo was taken are printed.

In terms of functionality, it follows the Base Camp Duffel, which has supported numerous mountaineering and expeditions, and is made of 1000D recycled polyester with TPE laminate for superior durability and water resistance.

This gear container is similarly made of 1000D recycled polyester with TPE laminate. The four internal dividers not only allow you to divide your gear into smaller compartments, but they also serve as a framework and can be stacked vertically. All dividers can be removed and folded for compact storage, making it perfectly portable.

The front desk features a photograph taken from just below the summit of Kanchenjunga, the third highest mountain in the world.

These two limited items will go on sale at THE NORTH FACE Backmagic and THE NORTH FACE Alter from January 12 (Thu). An event will also be held from January 13 (Fri.) to February 5 (Sun.) at directly managed stores in the Harajuku and Shibuya areas. Check out the details below.
