BOW WOW" has been developing "vintage processed" items that are once again attracting attention due to the return of the American casual style, even before it became popular as it is today. Bow Wow's elaborate techniques and storybook processing based on fictional characters create an atmosphere similar to that of real vintage.
BAUWW will release a collaboration item with BEAMS on March 24 (Friday), featuring the vintage processing that is BAUWW's specialty.
The lineup includes a shorts version of the stain-finished chinos that were popular last time and a chambray shirt that would go well with the chinos. The shirts and pants are also available in super-big sizes (XXL and XXXL), so they can be worn in a variety of ways.
. The motif is a 1940s US Navy chambray shirt. . The realistic processing that expresses the suntan and dirt that sign workers continued to wear by tucking in their shirts is the key.
The same 1940s US Navy chinos have been updated through a collaboration with BEAMS. They also retain the Bow Wow's classic XXXL big size waist side-pinch detailing.
A different color version of the Chino shorts introduced earlier. Similarly, the thighs are stained with paint. The satin fabric looks as if it has been worn for a long time.
This round-body jersey T is made of 881 TP10T cotton and 121 TP10T rayon, and the tight fitting at the neck gives it an American casual feel, an exquisite detail that only a "BEAMS" collaboration can achieve.
The essence of American casual and just the right amount of street style, in other words, a collaboration of the best parts of Bow Wow and BEAMS. The vintage-inspired items we want to wear now are exactly the kind of items you see here.
