Of particular interest to HOUYHNHNM's is a new brand by Akira Ishikawa, a stylist and HOUYHNHNM blogger, and "Almost Day".5DW (Five Days a Week).

. It's a new "MENS SHOP" that will be opened. The brand name is 5DW(5 Days a Week), inspired by the Beatles' "Eight Days a Week" and Midori May's song "Ten Days in a Week. The Beatles' and Midori Satsuki's songs are both about "waiting too long," but my brand concept is that if you can spend your "everyday work, holiday, travel, and free time" in a very enjoyable way, then "a week is full of five days, and only the weekends are left alone. The graphics for the days of the week from Monday to Friday were designed by (PALM GRAPHICS) Koji Toyoda, a creative advisor to Tabio MEN and an old friend of Mr. Ishikawa.

K.L.G WHITE leather shoes by designer Shintaro Yamamoto, who studied shoemaking in England, the home of shoes, and in Asakusa, a town of craftsmen. The "UK" mark usually placed on the side of the shoe is replaced by a custom-made "5DW" mark.

STACK CONTAINERS/BASKET CONTAINER MINI, HANG MINI, LAUNDRY
Paper containers by Kenta Kawaida of Kagoshima, Japan. The brown baskets are made of persimmon tannin coated cardboard and waxed for durability and strength, while the light gray boxes are made of black ink coated cardboard and waxed.

G.F.G.S./RE:PET 4 color
The original border made by G.F.G.S. of Kamo City, Niigata Prefecture, is a model with four crazy different colors for the front, back, and both sleeves, just like the old Brooks Brothers button-down shirts.

TEMBEA/ULTRA HEAVY TOTE, ULTRA HEAVY TOTE MINI MINI
This is a 5DW version of a tote bag created by Mr. Ishikawa, art director Jerry Ukai, and artist Ryuji Kamiyama's brand "ULTRA HEAVY" with bag brand "TEMBEA". There is a large tote bag that can hold anything and everything, and a smaller tote bag.

Akihiro Woodworks/kikisa, jincup ceramics,Chicchi and others
The "jincup" wooden mug is the signature of the Kagoshima-based woodworking group Akihiro Woodworks. Inspired by the "Kuksa," a birch cup that has been handed down from generation to generation by the Sámi people of Lapland in northern Finland, Mr. Ishikawa asked Akihiro Jin and "Tokyo Culture by BEAMS" to create a "kikisa" for model KIKI about 10 years ago.
