The Chronomaster Original 1969 proves that the A386 is a timeless timepiece, and the reissue of the steel-clad case is a must-see. Its masculine appearance was long awaited by Zenith collectors and chronograph enthusiasts alike. The bracelet evolved from an open "ladder" design to solid links with luxurious beveling and ornamentation, enhancing its affinity with the case itself.
The caliber is a high-frequency El Primero 3600 automatic chronograph movement. Half a century of refinement has brought a chronograph function with 1/10th of a second accuracy and a 60-hour power reserve. The "master of the tenths of a second" is the claim to fame of Zenith.
