HOUYHNHNM's Running Club ♡" is well-known for its "I like beer more than running. We, who have been carrying out our activities in a relaxed and sometimes aggressive manner, will open a running station with a sauna and bar in Nihonbashi Hamacho!
Its name is "TOTONOU (revitalize) Laboratory," or "TOTOKEN" for short. We say so ourselves, but it is quite practical and a completely new kind of run-stay.
TOTOKEN is the five-story building on the right as you face it.
There is a middle staircase between the building next door and a piloti under construction where people can relax freely.

Everything is "just right" in this sauna.
A runstay is a convenient base for running, with changing rooms where you can leave your luggage and change clothes, and showers where you can work up a sweat. In addition to these facilities, TOTOKEN also has a sauna! Of course, the sauna can also be used by itself.
The concept is "just right. A sauna room with plenty of humidity, a cool water bath, and a breezy outdoor air space. Our goal was to create a sauna that is easy to use on a daily basis, without being eccentric, but with the requirements for "TOTONOU (revitalize)" in mind.
Men's sauna room / Maximum capacity 12 people
The 5th floor men's sauna is equipped with the "iki" stove by Methos, which has been called the most popular sauna among saunas. The cylindrical design radiates heat 360 degrees, while at the same time freely controlling the humidity and temperature inside the sauna room. The medium temperature and humidity setting warms the moderately fatigued bodies of post-runners.
Female sauna room / Maximum capacity 8 persons
On the other hand, the women's sauna on the 3rd floor is equipped with a "ZIEL" stove, which is rare in Tokyo. Since it is equipped with 2.5 times more sauna stones than before, the amount of evaporation and its sound are exceptional when you do the waxing! Men and women will be switching days on a regular basis, so men who are curious about "ZIEL" and women who want to TOTONOU (revitalize) themselves with "iki" are also welcome to join us.

A water bath is available after the sauna as well as for icing tired bodies after running.
In the men's bath, the first "water bath in water bath" in Japan, where a bathtub is installed inside a 16~17°C water bath to create a single (10°C or lower) water bath, is also on standby. Please try it for yourself to see the pleasure you will experience after tasting it!

The Sumida River is only a 3-minute walk or 1-minute run from TOTOKEN.
Along the Sumida River, there is a paved and greened promenade called "Sumida River Terrace," with a wide path and excellent scenery. The potential of this area is comparable to that of the Imperial Palace, with easy access to tourist attractions such as Ueno, Asakusa, and Sky Tree!
A run along the Sumida River while enjoying the night view is also a treat.
