Among TUDOR's various watches, divers' watches are famous for their close ties to the U.S. Navy.
In retrospect, it was officially adopted in 1958. For decades, the Navy SEALs, underwater saboteurs, Seabees, and instructors at the Naval Submarine School have adorned the arms of various personnel involved in underwater missions.
It became known as the "Mili-Sub" (short for military Submariner) and is still sold at a high price among vintage watch lovers.

One of the features is the strap bar fixed to the case. The lugs connecting the belt to the case and the bar are integrated into one piece, and this form is highly robust and reminiscent of watches of the past.
The matte black dial is surrounded by a unidirectional rotating bezel and features TUDOR's signature highly legible "snowflake" hands and square hour markers, and the 42mm diameter titanium case is satin-finished to reduce light reflection, giving the watch its intrepid appearance.
The on-board Manufacture caliber "MT5602" is chronometer-certified by the Swiss Official Chronometer Institute. Where the standard for day difference is between -4 and +6 seconds, the Pelagos FXD is summed up between -2 and +4 seconds. With a power reserve of approximately 70 hours, the watch can be taken off on Friday night and left in place, eliminating the need to wind the spring on Monday morning.
The strap comes with a black rubber strap in addition to a fabric strap modeled after the "Milisub" strap. It is a wearable piece that can be used for any occasion, on or off the wrist.
