Of course, it is nice to go to the tourist attractions that you never miss, but you want to go to a place you have never been before. And spending a relaxing time in a quiet place is also a luxury. With this in mind, we set our sights on Izumo, Shimane Prefecture, a place that has been on our minds lately.

When you arrive at the inn and enter the room through a dimly lit passageway with a cave-like atmosphere, the view opens up and you are greeted by the best scenery.

I was tempted to jump into the Jacuzzi, but I decided to enjoy the plan to the fullest with a spritz of Baum's "Aromatic Room Spray," which comes in three varieties: "WOODLAND WINDS," which is used in Baum's skin care products, and "WOODLAND WINDS," which is a refreshing scent like the wind in a lakeside forest. While enjoying the champagne that came with the plan and relaxing from the fatigue of the day, it was time for the 90-minute private sauna, available only to guests of the hotel, that I had been looking forward to.

The sauna here was produced by Mikie Sasano, daughter of "Sauna Shiji," so there is not the slightest sense that it was built on a whim.

The sauna is equipped with a "METOS" sauna heater, detox water, a tub for aroma-infused wax, and, of course, infinity chairs. After checking out the flow of the sauna, I used the "Aromatic Room Spray" that I brought from my room to regulate my breathing, referring to the etiquette and enjoyment instructions that came with the room, and then it was time to enter the sauna room.

The sauna room is too luxurious and spacious for two people to rent. The temperature is almost always a steady 90 degrees, and when you sit down, the ocean spreads out before you, enveloping you in a comfort that you would never experience in a sauna in the city.

And the beauty of private use is that you can enjoy self-launge to your heart's content. After sweating and feeling good in the aroma-filled sauna room, you can take a shower and go to the water bath. There is a water bath large enough to lie down in, which is also very nice.

Sitting in the infinity chair with my poncho on, I couldn't help but sigh at the sight of nothing but the sea and the sky. I guess the word "happiness" is meant to be used at times like this.

Yes, before heading to the sauna, I used the "Clearing Clay Mask," which is said to absorb airborne particulate dirt and unwanted dead skin cells on the plan.

This gray-colored mask contains natural charcoal and is paraben-free, silicone-free, and colorant-free. Spread it over the entire face in a circular motion, avoiding the eyes and mouth, and it will form a tight-fitting mask. After a little while, gently rinse it off, and the result is that the roughness bothering your nose and cheeks will no longer be felt.

Moreover, although I thought it might be drying, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it can be used without feeling slippery, probably thanks to the cherry leaf extract and other ingredients. Normally, it is recommended to use this product once a week in place of face wash.

After leaving the sauna and returning to your room, take a relaxing Jacuzzi bath to soothe the day's fatigue and moisturize your skin. Baum creates skincare products by focusing on the three functions of trees: water storage, growth, and environmental defense.

Choosing Baum's skincare products is quite simple. The lotion is one type of "Hydro Essence Lotion," and you can choose one of four moisturizers of different moisturizing power. This is the kind of product that even men can easily use, and is probably the reason why Baum is chosen as a gift.

This time, the limited-time size of the lotion and the "Moisturizing Emulsion," an intermediate moisturizing lotion with a smooth but hydrating texture, were included. Both products are packaged in a package designed by Wataru Kumano that reuses scraps of "Karimoku furniture," which satisfies the desire for ownership.

And for dinner, the adjacent Garb Cliff Terrace IZMO is convenient. For dinner, local Shimane ingredients are prepared with wood-fired cooking and can be enjoyed as a course or a la carte. The plan I booked this time also includes a Japanese breakfast that starts with a shijimi espresso, and this is the best breakfast I've ever had while enjoying the ocean view.

Then, when it was time to check out at 11:00, I realized something. That is the good thing about not having too much. This hotel is a 10-minute drive from a convenience store, and there are no special tourist attractions or playgrounds nearby. But that is why you can have the luxury of doing nothing.

There is a Jacuzzi with a great view, delicious food, a pleasant sauna, and Baum's self-care items that will condition your mind and skin. Take a break from your busy life and spend some time doing nothing at the hotel.
