Liberaiders, which releases new items on a weekly basis, has been developing a Bangladesh-themed collection for spring/summer 2012, and this week's lineup includes items that look simple at first glance but are made with the finest materials.
CHAMPIONSHIP BUCKET HAT ¥8,250 each
Introduced first is a cotton twill bucket hat. It has the brand name on the front, TYO on the left side, and an embroidered paper crane on the right side, and a number badge on the back. The chunky fabric will become more comfortable as you use it more and more. Please use it as an accent for your spring coordination.
COOLMAX OXFORD B.D SHIRT ¥20,900 each
The classic oxford shirt has a basic look, but is actually functional. COOLMAX® EcoMade, a functional material used in the fabric, absorbs and evaporates perspiration five times faster than cotton, keeping the body temperature down while maintaining a comfortable humidity level. Furthermore, it is an environmentally friendly material made from used plastic bottles.
This season, the silhouette has been revised to create a sharp silhouette that covers a wide range of styles, from formal to casual. The "LR" logo is embroidered in the same color on the left chest pocket as an accent point.
SLEEVE LOGO L/S TEE ¥9,900 each
The long sleeve T-shirt has a frosted finish that gives it a worn look. In addition, the brand logo in Bengali font on the right sleeve and the icon of Bangladesh, the season's location, in foam print on the left sleeve make this a piece that can become the star of any coordinated outfit.
HEADQUATERS L/S TEE ¥9,350 each
Also frosted, this one has a signature logo print across the chest pocket and a logo on the back showing the address of the Liberaders' office, making it a simple design that is easy to wear.
OG LOGO L/S DRY TEE ¥7,700 each
This long sleeve T is designed to be worn for sports, outdoor activities, and travel, and is made of polyester with UV-cut and water-absorbing/quick-drying functions. In addition, POLYGIENE treatment is applied to prevent the growth of bacteria that cause sweat odor and room-drying odor, making this a functional item.
SUPPLEX NYLON PANTS ¥18,700 each
These easy pants with a relaxed silhouette are made of SUPPLEX NYLON fabric. It is not only water repellent and quick-drying, but also breathable despite being nylon, and will surely be useful in all weather conditions. The cotton-like feel is another appealing feature.
As mentioned at the beginning of this article, the latest drop from "Liberaders" features a collection of daily wear that you can't help but pick up, combining basic items with carefully selected materials. The collection will go on sale on March 8 (Fri.).
