OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY's new store opens in Azabudai Hills. You can choose your own coffee from green beans, roasting conditions, and blends!

OGAWA COFFEE LABORATORY opened a store in Sakurashinmachi in 2020, followed by another in Shimokitazawa the following year. Next, a new store will be set up at Azabudai Hills Market.

The concept of this store is a "bean salon where you can make your one and only original coffee in the world.

With a barista as concierge and presentation bags that allow cupping and blend formulation, customers can experience everything from green bean selection to original roasting and even original blending in a store that always has more than 10 types of green beans and 20 types of coffee beans available.

It is difficult to create the taste of coffee from scratch, but the shop seems to be able to provide hands-on instruction, so even first-timers can feel comfortable. Of course, we recommend that coffee lovers find the ultimate cup of coffee to their liking, but even those who are not so good at coffee may be able to create a cup that they can enjoy. The shop will open on Wednesday, March 13.
