Shingo Wakagi is a photographer active in magazines, advertising, and music media. He also has a face as a film director, and is the author ofYoungTree PressIn addition to starting a publishing company called "The Bookstore" in Hamamatsu, Japan, he also founded a bookstore in Hamamatsu, Hamamatsu, Japan, called "The Bookstore".BOOK AND PRINTS. He is a versatile and talented person who is the owner of "BOOK AND PRINTS. Book and Prints" is usually active in holding talk events and exhibitions, and it seems that another interesting exhibition will be held there.
ANOTHER SUNSET, an exhibition of works by Levi Pata, a San Francisco-based artist of Native American ancestry, and photographer Mayi Kise , the two artists, who in 2016 presented a collaborative work on the theme of ocean beach life in San Francisco . . For this exhibition, the two artists stayed and worked in Hamamatsu for the first time.
The artwork, with Levi's drawings superimposed over Kise's cut-out landscapes, radiates both strangeness and freshness.
The event will run from Friday, July 21 through Monday, August 7 . Limited special tote bags will be available for the first three days. Make no mistake, the gallery is on the fourth floor of the BOOK AND PRINTS building. Of course, please stop by the store on your way home.
