A life of abundance, starting with a beautiful quilt. The 25th edition of A.P.C. and Jessica Ogden's quilt collection is now available.

This is the 25th edition of this now-familiar project. The inspiration for this project was Pantelleria, a small island off the coast of Sicily.

The founder of the brand, Jean Tuitou, described the island of Pantelleria with a single adjective: "mysterious.

Mysterious. Lots of unexpected things happen here. You enter the island from a rather ugly harbor and there are no beaches. The impression is the opposite of a Mediterranean paradise. But that impression is quickly replaced by the image of a rare black pearl lost amidst a multitude of concrete. Because suddenly you are overwhelmed by the bare beauty and have no choice but to stay here."

These words reveal that he is painfully obsessed with the charms of this island. He created these 12 models as he felt like it.

The collection will be available in eight blankets and four cushions, each named after a village on the island of Pantelleria. It will be interesting to look at the items and try to figure out what essence of each village they pick up.

The open visuals were shot by Alfredo Piola. Shot in the scenic suburbs of Caracas, the capital of Venezuela, where he is from, the energetic colors of the items are more strongly felt.

The quilt project was born in 2010 out of Jessica Ogden and Jean Tuitou's interest in patchwork and their desire to revive the brand's stock fabrics accumulated through each collection.

The original quilts, available in a variety of motifs, sizes, and colors, are valuable in that they reflect the brand's history and interaction with other designers.
