BEAMS PLUS × ENGINEERED GARMENTS, also known as "PEG," is back! How do the chambray shirts celebrate the revival?

BEAMS PLUS and ENGINEERED GARMENTS are now in a honeymoon relationship through their well-known collaboration.

The two companies used to work together under the name "PEG," and this year, which marks the 25th anniversary of each brand's founding, the two companies are reviving their special order names! On this occasion, we would like to take this opportunity to introduce the first chambray shirt that was produced.

This work was created by Daiki Suzuki, designer of Engineered Garments, based on the image of the shirts that were often worn by the people in charge of BEAMS PLUS when PEG was first launched, and was made into a modern version. The item is a faithful reproduction of American workwear, but it is not too rugged, which makes it appealing.

. The gussets at the hems, sleeve finishes, pen pockets, and other classic workwear details are followed. The backs of the pockets have reinforced sleeves, and the stitches show as stitchwork. The attention to detail that is obvious to those who know what they are doing will strike a chord with those who love clothes.
