Ice cream for the lingering summer heat, right? A BIG BABY ICE CREAM pop-up event will be held at Saturdays New York City Daikanyama store.

Usually, this is the time of year when the pleasant breezes of early autumn are blowing, but the days are still hot. In all parts of the country, the record high temperatures for September are being broken.

This weekend, a pop-up event perfect for such severe lingering summer heat will be held at Saturdays New York City Daikanyama.

The event will feature "BIG BABY ICE CREAM," an ice cream diner based in Shin-Maruko, Kawasaki City, that is loved by locals as a place where "three generations can enjoy ice cream together.

The event will be held for two days only on September 22 (Sun.) and 23 (Mon.), and in addition to the store's popular menu, a limited edition menu blended with coffee beans used at "Saturdays Cafe" will be available. In addition, a workshop where visitors can have the "BIG BABY ICE CREAM" logo silk-screen printed on archived "Saturdays New York City" T-shirts will be held at the same time.
