We are currently looking for a Gramicci team member to join our team. Our PR, designers, sales, and e-commerce teams are all working together to make the brand more appealing to as many people as possible. We are looking for people who can work together to provide better service every day.
Job Title Apparel Operations (Web / PR / Shop Sales Representative Store Manager + VMD)
Salary: New graduates: 201,000 yen and up
Mid-career: from 240,000 yen
Negotiable depending on age and experience
Salary increase once a year (July) (actual results from the previous year)
*Regulations apply for the first year.
Bonus: Twice a year (July/December) + Bonus for the end of the fiscal year (January) (actual results from the previous year)

Tokyo Branch Office, Stores, Osaka Head Office *Depends on the type of job
Weekdays 9:00-18:00 (1 hour break) or shifts
Contract employee for the first year only (12-month term, 100% of the past 5 years) *Basically, the contract will be renewed and converted to a permanent contract. Please rest assured.
Saturdays, Sundays, national holidays, Bon holidays, year-end and New Year holidays, paid vacations (10 days or more granted after 6 months of employment)
Annual holidays: 126 days
Social insurance, etc., transportation expenses paid (up to a limit), maternity/paternity leave, retirement allowance system Qualification support and allowances available, overtime allowance (full payment)
